February 16, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87107 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Valley Vikings (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM), saw Valley's basketball squad overcome Hope Christian by a tally of 62-54.
With the victory, Valley improves its record to 19-5 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Knights in a 4A District 6 challenge on Tuesday, February 20. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 6-18. Del Norte lost 82-69 in their recent league challenge against Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM)
Next up, the Huskies play the Bosque Bobcats (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 20. Hope Christian will attempt to improve on its 16-8 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 18-6 record after their 65-37 league win over Cuba (Cuba, NM).
