Minnesota High School Basketball - Murray County Central topped by Mountain Lake/Comfrey
February 2, 2024: Mountain Lake, MN The Mountain Lake/Comfrey basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting Murray County Central Rebels to 58 in the non-league victory on Friday.
The now sport a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Adrian/Ellsworth for a non-league contest on Monday, February 5. Mountain Lake/Comfrey will battle a Dragons team coming off a 73-57 league loss to Westbrook-Walnut Grove (Westbrook, MN). The Dragons record now stands at 3-13.
The Rebels (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Edgerton (Edgerton, MN). The Flying Dutchmen come into the A Section 3 contest with a 4-16 record.
