Minnesota High School Basketball - Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart can't hold off Cedar Mountain
February 20, 2023: Hector, MN 55342 The Cedar Mountain Cougars basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart Mustangs to 54 in the Cougars league triumph on Monday.
The Cougars now sport a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman for a A Section 2 contest on Friday, February 24.
The Mustangs (9-14) will now prepare for their contest against MACCRAY (Clara City, MN). The Wolverines enter the non-league contest with a 9-13 record. In their last contest, MACCRAY was nudged by Dawson-Boyd (Dawson, MN), 86-50, in a league contest.
