February 21, 2023: New Castle, PA 16101 The Aliquippa Quips routed the host Laurel Spartan basketball team by a final score of 75-33 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Quips face the Shenango Wildcats (New Castle, PA) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 24. Aliquippa will attempt to move on its 17-6 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 14-8 record after their 59-38 non-league win over Chartiers-Houston (Houston, PA).
With the defeat, Laurel moves to 6-17 on the year.
