In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC), by a margin of 79-36.

The Wildcats (27-0) will now prepare for their outing against Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC). The Mavericks go into the non-league outing with a 24-4 record. In their last outing, Mallard Creek smashed West Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 59-52, in a non-league outing.

The Huskies now own a 14-13 record.
