The North Mecklenburg Vikings (Huntersville, NC) basketball crushed the host Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC), 52-30 in Friday's league test.

The Vikings (7-1) will now prepare for their test against Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC). The CMS Athletics go into the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Rocky River was trounced by East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 39-29, in a league test.

The Huskies now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Myers Park for a non-league test on Monday, December 12. Hough will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 64-16 league win over Berry (Charlotte, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-2.
