Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Douglass Eagles (Upper Marlboro, MD) and the host Potomac Wolverines (Oxon Hill, MD), saw Douglass's basketball squad hold off Potomac by a tally of 65-62.

With the victory, Douglass improves its record to 12-11 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Largo (Upper Marlboro, MD) to confront the Lions in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 28. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 17-6. Largo won 74-59 in their recent non-league challenge against Wise (Upper Marlboro, MD)
