In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host West Potomac Wolverines basketball team scored a good 59-42 triumph over the West Springfield Spartans.

The Wolverines (15-11) will now prepare for their contest against Hayfield (Alexandria, VA). The Hawks go into the non-league contest with a 22-5 record. In their last contest, Hayfield topped Lake Braddock (Burke, VA), 68-47, in a non-league contest.
