The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ripley Vikings (Ripley, WV) and the host Riverside Warriors (Belle, WV), observed Ripley's basketball team knock off Riverside by a score of 72-54.

The Vikings (17-5) will now prepare for their challenge against PikeView (Princeton, WV). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 10-11 record. In their last challenge, PikeView prevailed over Bluefield (Bluefield, WV), 51-46, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors encounter the Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles (Beckley, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 7. Riverside will attempt to improve on its 6-16 season record.
