New Jersey High School Basketball - Emerson trounces Bergen Charter
February 3, 2023: Emerson, NJ 07630 The Emerson Cavaliers (Emerson, NJ) basketball crushed the visiting Bergen Charter (Hackensack, NJ), 63-28 in Friday's league test.
The Cavaliers (10-7) will now prepare for their test against Bogota (Bogota, NJ). The Buccaneers go into the non-league test with a 2-8 record. In their last test, Bogota was trounced by Leonia (Leonia, NJ), 70-44, in a non-league test.
The now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they host Saddle Brook for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7. Bergen Charter will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 60-45 league loss to Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology (Paterson, NJ). The Falcons record now stands at 1-15.
