In Friday's league outing, the Central Mountain Wildcats (Mill Hall, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Selinsgrove Seals (Selinsgrove, PA), by a margin of 71-44.

The Wildcats (17-1) will now prepare for their outing against Tyrone (Tyrone, PA). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 11-7 record. In their last outing, Tyrone was trounced by Bald Eagle Area (Wingate, PA), 52-51, in a league outing.

The Seals now own a 13-8 record. They play next when they travel to Bloomsburg for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 7. Selinsgrove will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 58-38 non-league loss to Milton (Milton, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 5-14.
