The Eastview Lightning topped the visiting Shakopee Sabers basketball team by a final score of 79-65 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Lightning face the Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 4. Eastview will attempt to move on its 12-3 season record. The Skippers enter the game with a 12-3 record after their 92-72 league win over Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN).
