The East Burke Cavaliers basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Lincolnton Wolves to 9 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cavaliers now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Lincoln for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. East Burke will meet a Rebels team coming off a 44-39 non-league loss to West Caldwell (Lenoir, NC). The Rebels record now stands at 4-12.

The Wolves (1-17) will now prepare for their contest against Maiden (Maiden, NC). The Blue Devils enter the non-league contest with a 10-6 record.
