California High School Basketball - Yreka crushes Anderson
February 3, 2023: Yreka, CA 96097 Yreka Miners (Yreka, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Anderson Cubs (Anderson, CA), 64-40 in a league bout.
With the victory, Yreka upgrades its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Miners travel to West Valley (Cottonwood, CA) to play the Eagles in a bout on Wednesday, February 8. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 8-15. West Valley lost 61-54 in their recent league bout against University Prep (Redding, CA)
Next up, the Cubs play the Central Valley Falcons (Shasta Lake, CA) in a bout, on Wednesday, February 8. Anderson will attempt to upgrade on its 15-7 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 5-15 record after their 57-36 league loss to Lassen (Susanville, CA).
