Texas High School Basketball - Normangee can't hold off Snook
February 4, 2023: Normangee, TX 77871 The Snook Bluejays basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the host Normangee Panthers to 33 in the Bluejays league victory on Saturday.
The Bluejays now sport a 8-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Iola for a 2A Region IV District 26 match on Tuesday, February 7. Snook will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 50-44 league loss to Somerville (Somerville, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-16.
With the defeat, Normangee moves to 8-22 on the year. The Panthers host Somerville (Somerville, TX) to meet the Yeguas in a 2A Region IV District 26 match on Tuesday, February 7. The Yeguas enter the match with a record of 13-14. Somerville won 80-37 in their recent league match against Burton (Burton, TX)
