Nevada High School Basketball - Smith Valley overwhelms Sierra Lutheran
February 4, 2023: Smith, NV 89430 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Smith Valley Bulldogs (Smith, NV) and the visiting Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV), saw Smith Valley's basketball squad wallop Sierra Lutheran by a tally of 48-25.
With the victory, Smith Valley improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Coleville (Coleville, CA) to confront the Wolves in a challenge on Friday, February 10. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 0-5. Coleville lost 56-34 in their recent league challenge against Virginia City (Virginia City, NV)
Next up, the Falcons confront the Coral Academy of Science - Reno Falcons (Reno, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Sierra Lutheran will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 49-27 league loss to Incline (Incline Village, NV).
