In Tuesday's league test, the Caro Tigers (Caro, MI) basketball squad defeated the host Vassar Vulcans (Vassar, MI), by a score of 49-32.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Unionville-Sebewaing Patriots (Sebewaing, MI) in a Greater Thumb - West test, on Friday, February 7. Caro will attempt to improve on its 10-5 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 9-6 record after their 59-37 league loss to Cass City (Cass City, MI).

The Vulcans (3-12) will now prepare for their test against Cass City (Cass City, MI). The Red Hawks come into the Greater Thumb - West test with a 13-1 record. In their last test, Cass City overcame Unionville-Sebewaing (Sebewaing, MI), 59-37, in a league test.
