February 4, 2025: Harrisburg, SD 57032 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Pierre T.F. Riggs Governors (Pierre, SD) and the host Harrisburg Tigers (Harrisburg, SD), observed Pierre T.F. Riggs's basketball team overcome Harrisburg by a margin of 53-40.
The Governors (6-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Yankton (Yankton, SD). The Bucks/Gazelles come into the AA challenge with a 0-14 record. In their last challenge, Yankton dropped by Brandon Valley (Brandon, SD), 61-11, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles (Aberdeen, SD) in a AA challenge, on Friday, February 7. Harrisburg will attempt to better on its 6-7 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a 8-5 record after their 50-41 league loss to Washington (Sioux Falls, SD).
