February 6, 2023: Oak Ridge, TN 37830 The Oak Ridge Wildcats (Oak Ridge, TN) basketball felled the visiting Alcoa Tornadoes (Alcoa, TN), 73-64 in Monday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (20-2) will now prepare for their test against Clinton (Clinton, TN). The Dragons go into the non-league test with a 7-19 record. In their last test, Clinton was beaten by Karns (Knoxville, TN), 81-54, in a non-league test.
The Tornadoes now own a 14-8 record. They play next when they host Cumberland Gap for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7. Alcoa will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 66-37 league loss to Union County (Maynardville, TN). The Panthers record now stands at 0-16.
