Rhode Island High School Basketball - St. Patrick Academy overwhelmed by North Smithfield
February 6, 2023: North Smithfield, RI 02896 The St. Patrick Academy Padres basketball team (Providence, RI), was overwhelmed 86-50 in Monday's league battle with the host North Smithfield Northmen (North Smithfield, RI)
The Northmen now possess a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highlander Charter for a Division 3 battle on Friday, February 10. North Smithfield will battle a team coming off a 48-38 league win over Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI). The record now stands at 8-5.
The Padres (0-13) will now prepare for their battle against Prout (Wakefield, RI). The Crusaders come into the Division 3 battle with a 6-12 record. In their last battle, Prout trounced Davies Career & Tech (Lincoln, RI), 84-53, in a league battle.
