February 6, 2023: West Hartford, CT 06117 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Simsbury Trojans (Simsbury, CT) and the host Northwest Catholic Lions (West Hartford, CT), saw Simsbury's basketball squad overcome Northwest Catholic by a tally of 55-39.
With the victory, Simsbury improves its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Trojans host Conard (West Hartford, CT) to confront the Red Wolves in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 9. The Red Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 14-3. Conard won 59-17 in their recent non-league challenge against Manchester (Manchester, CT)
Next up, the Lions confront the Farmington River Hawks (Farmington, CT) in a Central Connecticut - West Colonial challenge, on Thursday, February 9. Northwest Catholic will attempt to improve on its 10-7 season record. The River Hawks come into the challenge with a 5-13 record after their 55-38 league loss to Conard (West Hartford, CT).
