February 6, 2024: Tatum, TX 75691 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Tatum Eagles (Tatum, TX) and the visiting Arp Tigers (Arp, TX), saw Tatum's basketball squad wallop Arp by a tally of 83-48.
With the victory, Tatum improves its record to 20-7 on the campaign. The Eagles host Jefferson (Jefferson, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a 3A Region II District 16 challenge on Friday, February 9. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 22-5. Jefferson won 69-39 in their recent league challenge against Arp (Arp, TX)
Next up, the Tigers play the Troup Tigers (Troup, TX) in a 3A Region II District 16 challenge, on Friday, February 9. Arp will attempt to improve on its 17-9 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 24-6 record after their 46-36 league win over West Rusk (New London, TX).
