Virginia High School Basketball - Staunton River overwhelmed by Fleming
February 6, 2024: Roanoke, VA 24017 The Fleming Colonels basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the visiting Staunton River Golden Eagles to 40 in the Colonels league victory on Tuesday.
The Colonels now sport a 15-5 record.
The Golden Eagles (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against William Byrd (Vinton, VA). The Terriers come into the Blue Ridge contest with a 11-11 record. In their last contest, William Byrd was routed by Glenvar (Salem, VA), 75-63, in a non-league contest.
