In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Andrean Fighting 59ers basketball team scored a good 69-53 triumph over the Lowell Red Devils.

The Fighting 59ers (13-5) will now prepare for their battle against Crown Point (Crown Point, IN). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 13-2 record. In their last battle, Crown Point was outscored by Portage (Portage, IN), 64-40, in a league battle.
