The Magdalena Steers (Magdalena, NM) basketball crushed the visiting Reserve Mountaineers (Reserve, NM), 75-25 in Thursday's league bout.

The Steers now possess a 18-4 record. They play next when they host Animas for a A District 2 bout on Saturday, February 8. Magdalena will play a Panthers team coming off a 76-40 league loss to Cliff (Cliff, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 0-19.
