The Chippewa Valley Big Reds basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Sterling Heights Stevenson Titans to 34 in the Big Reds non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Big Reds now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Utica for a non-league contest on Friday, February 10. Chippewa Valley will battle a Chieftains team coming off a 47-38 league win over Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI). The Chieftains record now stands at 12-3.

The Titans (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Romeo (Romeo, MI). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 8-7 record.
