Louisiana High School Basketball - St. James topped by Patterson
February 7, 2023: Patterson, LA 70392 The Patterson Lumberjacks basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting St. James Wildcats to 45 in the Lumberjacks league victory on Tuesday.
The Lumberjacks now sport a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Donaldsonville for a 3A District 8 contest on Tuesday, February 14. Patterson will battle a Tigers team coming off a 70-60 league win over St. James (St. James, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 17-11.
The Wildcats (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Donaldsonville (Donaldsonville, LA). The Tigers come into the 3A District 8 contest with a 16-11 record. In their last contest, Donaldsonville prevailed over E.D. White (Thibodaux, LA), 73-63, in a league contest.
