In Tuesday's league outing, the Starmount Rams (Boonville, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Alleghany Trojans (Sparta, NC), by a count of 60-38.

The Rams (12-10) will now prepare for their outing against East Wilkes (Ronda, NC). The Cardinals go into the 1A Conference 36 outing with a 17-4 record. In their last outing, East Wilkes smashed Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC), 49-19, in a league outing.
