The Holmes Huskies basketball team scored 81 points and restricted the visiting Taft Raiders to 78 in the Huskies league victory on Wednesday.

The Huskies now sport a 12-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brennan for a 6A Region IV District 29 contest on Saturday, February 10. Holmes will battle a Bears team coming off a 84-45 league win over Sotomayor (San Antonio, TX). The Bears record now stands at 26-4.
