Idaho High School Basketball - Melba toppled by Nampa Christian
February 7, 2025: Nampa, ID 83651 Nampa Christian Trojans (Nampa, ID) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Melba Mustangs (Melba, ID), 60-49 in a league match.
With the victory, Nampa Christian upgrades its record to 9-10 on the year. The Trojans travel to Marsing (Marsing, ID) to face the Huskies in a 3A Western Idaho match on Wednesday, February 12. The Huskies enter the match with a record of 8-9. Marsing won 66-57 in their recent league match against Vision (Caldwell, ID)
The Mustangs now sport a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Plymouth for a 3A Western Idaho match on Wednesday, February 12. Melba will face a Pilgrims squad coming off a 57-56 league win over The Ambrose School (Meridian, ID). The Pilgrims record now stands at 14-6.
