The Marfa Shorthorns were victorious over the host Big Bend Roadrunners basketball squad by a final score of 43-29 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Shorthorns clash with the Buena Vista Longhorns (Imperial, TX) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, February 11. Marfa will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Longhorns enter the outing with a 6-9 record after their 42-35 non-league win over Van Horn (Van Horn, TX).
