Harnett Central Trojans (Angier, NC) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lee County Yellow Jackets (Sanford, NC), 6-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Harnett Central advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Trojans travel to Westover (Fayetteville, NC) to battle the Wolverines in a All American 3A/4A match on Friday, March 14. The Wolverines come into the match with a record of 0-4. Westover lost 17-0 in their recent league match against Harnett Central (Angier, NC)

The Yellow Jackets now have a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hoke County for a Sandhills 3A/4A match on Friday, March 14. Lee County will battle a Bucks squad coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Lumberton (Lumberton, NC). The Bucks record now stands at 1-6.
