The Independence Patriots the visiting Butler Bulldogs lacrosse team by a final score of 10-8 in Thursday's league match.

With the win, Independence betters its record to 2-5 on the season. The Patriots host Mooresville (Mooresville, NC) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league match on Friday, March 18.
