In Tuesday's league outing, the host Hanks Knights softball team scored a nice 14-0 win over the Parkland Matadors.

Coming up next, the Knights encounter the Ysleta Indians (El Paso, TX) in a 5A Region I District 2 outing, on Friday, March 24. Hanks will attempt to improve on its 22-1 season record. The Indians enter the outing with a 9-9 record after their 11-10 league loss to Del Valle (El Paso, TX).

The Matadors (11-9) will now prepare for their outing against Horizon (El Paso, TX). The Scorpions enter the 5A Region I District 2 outing with a 3-7 record. In their last outing, Horizon was routed by Ysleta (El Paso, TX), 20-0, in a league outing.
