Next up, the Spartans encounter the Banks County Leopards (Homer, GA) in a A D1 Region 8 outing, on Tuesday, March 25. Athens Academy will attempt to advance on its 7-9 season record. The Leopards enter the outing with a 15-3 record after their 11-0 league win over Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy (Winder, GA).
The Patriots (9-10) will now prepare for their outing against Elbert County (Elberton, GA). The Blue Devils enter the A D1 Region 8 outing with a 12-7 record. In their last outing, Elbert County was overwhelmed by Providence Christian Academy (Lilburn, GA), 2-1, in a league outing.
