Georgia High School Baseball - Oglethorpe County loses to Providence Christian Academy
April 11, 2025: Lilburn, GA 30047 The Providence Christian Academy Storm bounced the visiting Oglethorpe County Patriots baseball team by a margin of 15-0 in Friday's league game.
The Storm (21-5) will now prepare for their game against Banks County (Homer, GA). The Leopards go into the A D1 Region 8 game with a 22-5 record. In their last game, Banks County was overwhelmed by Elbert County (Elberton, GA), 2-1, in a league game.
Next, the Patriots play the Rabun County Wildcats (Tiger, GA) in a A D1 Region 8 game, on Tuesday, April 15. Oglethorpe County will attempt to improve on its 9-19 season record. The Wildcats go into the game with a 17-9 record after their 10-2 league win over Athens Academy (Athens, GA).
