The Dilley Wolves baseball squad (Dilley, TX), was overwhelmed 14-3 in Friday's league contest with the host Hondo Owls (Hondo, TX)

With the triumph, Hondo moves its record to 8-4 on the season. The Owls travel to Crystal City (Crystal City, TX) to confront the Javelinas in a 3A Region IV District 28 contest on Tuesday, March 25. The Javelinas come into the contest with a record of 8-6. Crystal City won 16-3 in their recent league contest against Natalia (Natalia, TX)

The Wolves now possess a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lytle for a 3A Region IV District 28 contest on Tuesday, March 25. Dilley will confront a Pirates squad coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Burbank (San Antonio, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 10-10.
