Virginia High School Softball - Hampton drops to Gloucester
March 25, 2025: Hampton, VA 23669 Gloucester Dukes (Gloucester, VA) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Hampton Crabbers (Hampton, VA), 28-0 in a league game.
With the triumph, Gloucester improves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Dukes host Manor (Portsmouth, VA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league game on Wednesday, March 26. The Mustangs enter the game with a record of 1-0. Manor won 8-6 in their recent non-league game against Denbigh (Newport News, VA)
The Crabbers now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Gloucester for a Peninsula game on Thursday, March 27. Hampton will play a Dukes squad coming off a 25-0 non-league win over Manor (Portsmouth, VA). The Dukes record now stands at 4-0.
