The Gilroy Mustangs softball squad (Gilroy, CA), was routed 11-0 in Wednesday's league contest with the visiting Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA)

With the triumph, Branham improves its record to 7-3 on the year. The Bruins host Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA) to face the Saints in a Mount Hamilton contest on Friday, March 27. The Saints enter the contest with a record of 3-5. Santa Teresa won 6-5 in their recent league contest against Leigh (San Jose, CA)

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Ann Sobrato Bulldogs (Morgan Hill, CA) in a Mount Hamilton bout, on Friday, March 27. Gilroy will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 6-7 record after their 1-0 league win over Westmont (Campbell, CA).
