Texas High School Softball - Port Aransas nudges Taft
March 3, 2023: Port Aransas, TX 78373 Port Aransas Marlins (Port Aransas, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Taft Greyhounds (Taft, TX), 5-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Marlins now own a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Charlotte for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 4. Port Aransas will face a Trojans squad coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Taft (Taft, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 5-6.
With the loss, Taft falls to 11-4 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Charlotte (Charlotte, TX) to face the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 3.
