The Asheville Cougars lacrosse team (Asheville, NC), was overwhelmed 13-6 in Tuesday's league battle with the host North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC)

With the victory, North Lincoln advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Knights travel to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC) to encounter the Knights in a non-league battle on Thursday, March 6. The Knights come into the battle with a record of 1-2. Lake Norman Charter lost 7-5 in their recent non-league battle against Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC)

The Cougars now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Joseph's Catholic for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 8. Asheville will encounter a Knights team coming off a 12-3 league win over Westside (Anderson, SC). The Knights record now stands at 1-1.
