Connecticut High School Basketball - Ledyard can't hold off Woodstock Academy
March 5, 2025: Woodstock, CT 06281 Woodstock Academy Centaurs (Woodstock, CT) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Ledyard Colonels (Ledyard, CT), 45-44 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Woodstock Academy advances its record to 16-7 on the year. The Centaurs travel to Sheehan (Wallingford, CT) to encounter the Titans in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 7. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 16-4. Sheehan won 37-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Foran (Milford, CT)
In their next game, the Colonels encounter the Woodstock Centaurs (Woodstock, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 5. Ledyard will attempt to improve on its 14-8 season record. The Centaurs come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 52-25 non-league win over Amistad (New Haven, CT).
