In Friday's league test, the Fort Bend Travis Tigers (Richmond, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the host Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX), by a tally of 20-12.

Next, the Tigers meet the Fort Bend Bush Broncos (Richmond, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 test, on Tuesday, March 18. Fort Bend Travis will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Broncos go into the test with a 5-3 record after their 15-5 league win over Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX).

The Bulldogs (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Fort Bend Hightower (Missouri City, TX). The Hurricanes go into the 6A Region III District 20 test with a 11-1 record. In their last test, Fort Bend Hightower prevailed over Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX), 15-2, in a league test.
