The Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs softball team scored 16 runs and held the host Fort Bend Elkins Knights to 13 in the Bulldogs league win on Friday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Bend Clements for a 6A Region III District 20 battle on Tuesday, March 4.

With the loss, Fort Bend Elkins moves to 0-7 on the season. The Knights host Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX) to confront the Tigers in a 6A Region III District 20 battle on Tuesday, March 4. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 1-6. Fort Bend Travis lost 10-0 in their recent league battle against Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX)
