Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Fort Bend Elkins Knights (Missouri City, TX), 16-2 in a league game.

With the triumph, Ridge Point upgrades its record to 8-2 on the year. The Panthers travel to Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX) to play the Tigers in a 6A Region III District 20 game on Friday, February 28. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 1-5. Fort Bend Travis lost 12-8 in their recent league game against Fort Bend Hightower (Missouri City, TX)
