The Porter Ridge Pirates baseball team (Indian Trail, NC), was overwhelmed 14-4 in Monday's non-league outing with the host South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC)

The Sabres now hold a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parkwood for a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 11. South Mecklenburg will confront a Wolf Pack team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Providence Day (Charlotte, NC). The Wolf Pack record now stands at 7-8.
