Arizona High School Softball - Tuba City holds off Pinon
April 10, 2023: Pinon, AZ 86510 The Tuba City Warriors the host Pinon Eagles softball squad by a count of 25-23 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Warriors (4-12) will now prepare for their battle against Monument Valley (Kayenta, AZ). The Mustangs go into the 3A North battle with a 8-6 record. In their last battle, Monument Valley nudged Chinle (Chinle, AZ), 11-10, in a league battle.
The Eagles now sport a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Round Valley for a 2A North battle on Tuesday, April 11. Pinon will meet a Elks squad coming off a 9-3 league win over St. Johns (St. Johns, AZ). The Elks record now stands at 14-4.
