Alpine Bucks (Alpine, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Tornillo Coyotes (Tornillo, TX), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Bucks now own a 16-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Stanton for a 3A Region I District 4 challenge on Friday, April 14.

With the loss, Tornillo falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Coyotes host Stanton (Stanton, TX) to battle the Buffaloes in a 3A Region I District 4 challenge on Saturday, April 22. The Buffaloes enter the challenge with a record of 12-9.
