The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Charlotte Christian Knights (Charlotte, NC) and the host Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC), saw Charlotte Christian's baseball team gain a win over Cannon by a tally of 4-0.

The Knights (18-4) will now prepare for their battle against East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 10-9 record. In their last battle, East Mecklenburg was overwhelmed by Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC), 13-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Cougars face the Mallard Creek Mavericks (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 12. Cannon will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Mavericks enter the battle with a 5-11 record after their 6-1 league loss to Hough (Cornelius, NC).
