Oregon High School Baseball - Grants Pass sneaks past Willamette
April 11, 2025: Grants Pass, OR 97526 The crowd at Friday's league battle between the Grants Pass Cavemen (Grants Pass, OR) and the visiting Willamette Wolverines (Eugene, OR), saw Grants Pass's baseball team get by Willamette by a tally of 5-4.
The Cavemen (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against South Medford (Medford, OR). The Panthers enter the 6A Southwest battle with a 7-6 record. In their last battle, South Medford held off South Eugene (Eugene, OR), 7-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Wolverines face the North Salem Vikings (Salem, OR) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 15. Willamette will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record.
